To place and manage Hair & Makeup Artists for our clients, we process: contact data, contract data,
payment data, and communication data of clients and freelance artists. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)
GDPR. Retention period: duration of the contractual relationship plus statutory retention periods (generally
10 years under §§ 147 AO, 257 HGB).

We do not share your data with third parties as a rule, except in the following cases: service delivery (to
clients as required), processors (hosting etc., under Art. 28 GDPR agreements), legal obligations, and where you have given explicit consent. Transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA does not occur
without adequate safeguards under Art. 44 ff. GDPR.
